Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Pelaksanaan Antenatal Care dan Pemilihan Persalinan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Teladan Kota Medan

Abstract

MMR is one of the development targets and one of the sensitive indicators in describing the welfare of the people in a country. In this case, efforts to reduce MMR really require quality Ante Natal Care (ANC) and Intranatal Care (INC) services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the implementation of Antenatal care and the selection of deliveries at the Teladan Health Center Medan City. The population in this study were pregnant women in the third trimester. The sampling technique was proportional sampling with a sample of 170 people with a p value > 0.05 obtained a PR of 1048 with 95% CI 62.128-3176 meaning a history of 1048 times had a relationship with the implementation of antenatal care and delivery selection in the working area of Medan Teladan Public Health Center. City in 2021. It is hoped that pregnant women will be able to increase their knowledge about pregnancy and the birth process so that mothers are ready to go through pregnancy and childbirth in a healthy and safe manner.
