This research aims to determine the influence of performance planning, the influence of supervision on performance, and the influence of planning and supervision on employee performance of PT. Asia Anugerah Sejahterah Medan as input material to improve employee performance in particular and the wider community generally by implementing good planning and supervision strategies.
The results of the study are quantitative research because researchers want measurements between variables X and Y, the data collected in this study is the result of spreading questionnaires to 32 respondents who are employees of PT. Asia Anugerah Sejahterah Medan.Analysis techniques using hypothesis tests, so as to plan tcount 3,330 > ttable 0,349 significance 0,0004 (<0,05). From test F can be viewed the value of the Fcount as big as 24,965 significance 0,000. By searching table F, with the df1=2 and df2=29, obtained table F value = 3,33 where Fcount > Ftable (24,965 > 3,33) significantly smaller than the 5% (0,000<0,05), 63.3% of other factors 36,7% were unscientious. 0,05), 63.3% of other factors 36,7% were unscientious. Ha's conclusion was accepted and Ho was rejected. In other words, there is a significant positive influence between the implementation of planning and supervision on improving employee performance in PT.Asia Anugerah Sejahtera Medan. The advice is that companies should be able to create a comfortable work atmosphere by implementing strategic human resource planning and oversight methods in order to be able to create and improve a conducive climate and work environment so as to produce good and professional performance.
